The four independent businesses have their own management teams and collaborate as a Group under the leadership of a team led by CEO Aidan Williamson and supported by Elaghmore, the UK Private Equity Group.

The team that leads and supports the management teams across our four business units
Aidan Williamson was appointed CEO in December 2022. Aidan moves into the role following a number of years as Group CFO. He has worked in senior executive roles for leading international companies including Paddy Power Betfair, Digicel, UDG and Quintiles. 
Jack was appointed Chairman of Alucraft Ltd. in January 2021 having previously served as the Managing Director since 2008 and prior to that as the Managing Director of Williaam Cox. He has 30 years’ experience in both main contracting and façade delivery with international experience in Africa, Europe and the UK.
Paul joined the Group in July 2019 as Group HR Director, having previously occupied a similar role in the FTSE 250 listed Infinis Energy plc. He has 25+ years’ experience in Human Resources including a substantial spell in the construction industry with Saint-Gobain.
Rebecca joined the business in 2020. She has worked in the construction industry for 17 years, 14 of which have been in a business improvement capacity.
Jasmine joined the business in 2023. She brings 8 years of marketing experience working in companies within the Fortune Global 500, FTSE 100, and SMEs across retail and energy sectors.
Marketing Manager
Jasmine joined the business in 2023. She brings 7 years of marketing experience working in companies within the Fortune Global 500, FTSE 100, and SMEs across retail and energy sectors.
Group Finance Manager
Kelsey joined the Clarison Group in January 2023 as Group Finance Manager. Before joining the Group, she worked for over 7 years in medium sized accounting practice where she gained varied experience in accounts preparation, audit and tax.
